We use SF Express as our shipping partner for both domestic (Hong Kong) and international deliveries. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and related matters for purchases made through our website, https://www.dreadnaught.site/.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
  • Domestic: Hong Kong
  • International: Selected countries worldwide

2. Shipping Company
All orders are shipped via SF Express, a reliable and efficient shipping company. SF Express provides tracking and delivery updates to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within Hong Kong.
International Shipping
  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery to selected countries worldwide.
The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your location will be displayed at checkout.

4. Processing Times
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or Commissioned Artwork: Orders for custom or commissioned artwork may require additional time for production. The estimated processing time will be communicated during the order process.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)
  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
International Shipping
  • Asia-Pacific: 5–14 business days
  • Europe and North America: 7–21 business days
  • Other Regions: 10–28 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

6. Shipping Costs
For Merchandise Orders:
  • Free Domestic Shipping: Available for orders over HKD 450 within Hong Kong.
  • Domestic Shipping (Orders Under HKD 450): A flat rate shipping fee will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
For Original Artwork and Custom Orders:
  • Free shipping does not apply to original artwork, custom orders, or commissioned pieces. Shipping costs for these items will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. These costs will be displayed during checkout or communicated directly for custom orders.
  • Customs and Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through the SF Express tracking system on their website: https://www.sf-express.com.

8. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If SF Express fails to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Reshipping the order will incur additional shipping fees.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how we handle such situations.

10. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees.
